How Being Involved in Campus Ministry Has Helped After Graduating

Campus Ministry (CM) has had a great impact on my life, providing me with a strong sense of community and opportunities for personal growth. Through its welcoming environment, I have been able to build lasting relationships and engage in meaningful service opportunities. Participating in and leading multiple SEND trips through CM has been a life-changing experience, allowing me to merge my passion for service with my interest in healthcare while also developing strong leadership skills. These healthcare trips have given me hands-on opportunities to assist underserved communities, deepening my understanding of medical access disparities and strengthening my ability to lead with empathy, adaptability, and teamwork. Beyond the medical aspect, the SEND trips have also been a journey of personal growth, shaping me into a more confident leader. This experience has broadened my perspective on healthcare and inspired me to continue pursuing a path that integrates leadership and service in meaningful ways.
